Liverpool were within six minutes of earning a goalless draw in the Stade Lille-Metropole last week when Eden Hazard’s freakish free-kick evaded everyone and drifted past Reina into the bottom corner.
At the moment, Liverpool are 5th placed in the Premier League with 51 points, after their last 4-1 victory over Portsmouth, the bottom club.
Meanwhile, Lille must to retain their advantage in Anfield. The Rudy Garcia’s side have scored in each of their 13 Europa League games this season and, in all competitions, have netted in 31 of their last 33 games.
At the moment, Lille are 4th placed in their domestic league, the Ligue 1, with 51 points, just 2 points from the leader, Bordeaux.
Eden Hazard, who scored the winner in the first leg, is set to be Lille's main danger with Pierre-Alain Frau again ploughing a lone furrow in attack.
Europe League second-leg match Liverpool vs Lille will be available by TV but, it’ll also be available live streaming online here. Some links will appear below a few minutes before kick off.
